Mahmoud got a bachelor's in veterinary medicine from Zagazig Medical College, Egypt. During this program, he studied Food Safety as one of his main tracks.

Following his passion, Mahmoud specialized in quality and food safety after graduation, taking multiple courses in HACCP and ISO.
