Pamela Dinglasan began her career in 2005 as anFSMS/ISO22000 Administrator at Constance Lemuria Resort in Praslin, Seychelles. After five years, she advanced to Banyan Tree Resorts and Hotels Seychelles as a Hygiene Executive, where they successfully initiated and implemented the Resorts’ FSMS.

In 2012, Pamela took on the role of HACCP Administrator at Veligandu Island Resort and Spa in the Maldives. Her commitment and skill led to a promotion as Group HACCP Administrator at Crown and Champa Resorts from 2019 to2022, overseeing food safety across nine properties and one city hotel. During this time, Pamela spearheaded the creation and enhancement of Master Documentation and led comprehensive Food Safety, Hygiene, and HACCP Audit programs and training initiatives.

Pamela holds multiple prestigious certifications in health and safety, hygiene and food safety, and HACCP from levels 1 to 4, which are accredited by IGI.UK/CIEH.UK. She is also a qualified Food Safety Level 1 and HACCP Level 2 Trainer and an approved invigilator for HACCP Level 3.
