Joseph is working as Food Safety Auditor and Trainer. He comes with rich 10+ years of experience across luxury hospitality, public health compliance, and food manufacturing. He specializes in turning USPH, HACCP, ISO 22000, and OSHA standards into practical systems that protect guests and staff while keeping operations audit-ready.

His last assignment was at Four Seasons Resort Desroches Island, Joseph led hotel-wide hygiene, water safety, and USPH-style inspections. He also managed training, pest control, and sustainability initiatives in partnership with operations and medical teams. 

Earlier, he held QA leadership roles at Capwell Industries and Highlands Drinks in Kenya, where he drove ISO 22000 compliance, Six Sigma process improvement, laboratory operations, and supplier audits across dairy, spices, and flour production.
