Rafika Bilem

Rafika Bilem is the Engagement Executive at NSURE, where she leads the company’s key client communications and manages its relationships with partners and clients. She joined NSURE after an international career in sales, marketing and client services, and that background shapes how she works. She treats every client relationship as a long-term partnership, built on clear communication, dependable follow-through and a solid understanding of what each client needs.

Rafika’s career has taken her across several markets and business environments. In each one she worked closely with clients, customers and colleagues from different cultures, industries and expectations. That breadth gave her an unusually practical view of how businesses operate and how decisions are made in different settings. She learned early that a proposal which works well in one market may need to be reshaped for another, and that understanding the client’s context matters as much as the service being offered.

As Engagement Executive, Rafika is often the first point of contact for clients and the person who keeps communication moving throughout an engagement. NSURE works with hospitality properties and other organisations on food safety, health and safety, sustainability and training, and many of these engagements involve several people and stages: consultants, auditors, trainers, resort management teams and operational staff. Rafika coordinates between these groups, making sure clients know what to expect, when to expect it and who to speak to at each stage.
