Sanjay Singh

Sanjay is a seasoned Food Safety Auditor and Trainer with over a decade of expertise in luxury hospitality and public health compliance. He excels at translating FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000:2018 standards into practical systems that safeguard guests and staff while ensuring operations remain audit-ready.

In his most recent role at J.W. Marriott, New Delhi, Sanjay spearheaded hotel-wide hygiene programs, water safety management, and FSSAI inspections. He also directed training initiatives, pest control measures, and sustainability projects in close collaboration with operations and cross-functional teams.

Previously, he held hygiene leadership positions at Radisson Hotel Group, Accor, and Leela Ambience in India. In these roles, he drove ISO 22000 and FSSAI compliance, oversaw laboratory operations, and conducted supplier audits across diverse categories including dairy, spices, flour, meats, and other production units. He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO 22000.
