Having done her bachelor's and master's in Food Technology, Theertha is a passionate food safety professional holding HACCP level 3 and Food Safety Level 4 certifications from Dubai. Her review papers have been published in international scientific journals and she likes to keep herself updated on the happenings in the food safety world. She works as an assistant auditor and trainer at Nsure and is keen on applying her knowledge in the food and hospitality industry in the Maldives. Being an avid reader, she loves travelling and learning languages and considers painting as her hobby.
